Peritia is a niche business consultancy with the founder and principal being a chartered accountant with over 35 years of business finance and commercial experience, providing professional services, and running businesses
Who we work with
A typical client will be referred in based on the quality of our relationships and knowledge of our capability. They are usually well established, successful private companies, looking to transition.
Transition may include scaling the business, increasing profitability, or maximising business value in preparation for succession planning .
We work closely with the owners and leadership teams to support the development of a sound strategy and strong execution plan to unlock business value that is not reliant on the business owner(s) or their personal asset backing.
Our Approach
We work closely with owners and leadership on a face to face basis .
Facilitated workshopping is often used in our interactions where we set and work through an agreed agenda, get clarity on high level objectives, and identify steps that need to be undertaken to execute a plan .
Strategies and planning are subject to “stress test” analysis. This ensures discipline and commercial rigour is applied to key decision making.
Agreed actions and follow up plans are set to monitor progress, navigate blockages and, if necessary, revisit the planning.
