Execution or implementation is a logical progression after the high level goals and objectives have been set and the detailed planning has been developed. This is where the “rubber hits the road”.
Execution involves specific tasks to be completed and reported on. The person who is in charge of making sure this happens requires a blend of skills including Project management competencies, Commercial Skills and People skills (including leadership, communication, and performance management). Quite often a juggling act, it requires the engagement of people both within the organisation and specialist skills outside the organisation.
Peritia can be involved in the execution phase and have experience at all levels of involvement, whether it is to project manage a program on behalf of the CEO, assist with bringing in outside skills, or performing specific tasks.
